Thursday 12th April and my host fulfilled a previous promise to take me to the Shaolin Temple.  It is situated about 60km West of Zheng Zhou at Deng Feng, Hanin Province (Exit 7 off the Expressway if you are planning on going).

The main purpose of the place was martial arts training, here I am giving a few pointers to a young lad!

In Deng Feng town there appear to be Kung Fu Schools and bands of students everywhere.
